per book:	DM 10 bzw. DM 15 -->	Delivery of entire books is restricted to Germany (DM 10), to Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands (DM 15 each). Only books published after 1960.

We can only deliver literature that is held and available in the Tübingen University Library.

• Get information about our stocks in the acquisitions lists for the special collections , in our theological current-contents-database Zeitschrifteninhaltsdienst Theologie (ZID) or our publicaccess catalogue.

If you are not using the order form please do not forget to provide:

• If you are ordering an entire book: author and title, year and place of publication. For conservation reasons delivery of books is restricted to Germany, to Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands, and to works published after 1960.
• If you are ordering an article: author and title of the article plus the journal title, volume/year and pages.
• If possible, please provide our call number.

Payment:

• Direct debit: if you have an account at a German bank, we can collect the fees, if you give us the account data with the order.
• Credit Card: we now accept VISA and Eurocard/Mastercard.
• Remittance: with your article/book you will get an invoice and remittance form. We can also provide you with a monthly invoice
• Checks: we accept checks, but please do not send them in advance.
• Other kinds of payment only in special cases.

Delivery as electronic document:

You can get your copy through the internet in electronic form. The pages are scanned and stored as one image file per page. We provide the article according to your order in the following way:

Via FTP (File Transfer Protocol):

• The scanned article is stored as a self-extracting-archive-file on the FTP-Server(internet-link: "ftp://bib4.zdv.uni-tuebingen.de/external/UB/ssg-s/") of the Tübingen University. It will be available there for two weeks for transfer to your computer.

Files are strored in TIF-graphics-format.

If you want to get your article as an electronic document, please pay attention to the following:

• An article of 10 pages (i.e. normally 20 book pages) makes about 2 MB as self-extracting archive. Unzipped, one scanned page amounts up to about 700 KB. If your connection to the Internet is a slow one, transfer of your article can take long.
• The handling of the huge graphics files on your computer also requires some experience. Printing can lead to unwanted results. In addition to the article you can download a stable imageprocessing software (PSP311.ZIP)(internet-link: "ftp://bib4.zdv.uni-tuebingen.de/external/UB/ssgshlp/psp311.zip") . It is free in this fully functional test-version, can handle all graphics formats and produces reliable printing results.
• If you are a less experienced user, you should choose to be delivered via non-electronic mail or via Fax.

Our document delivery service is focused primarily on the said fields, but of course we will also work on your order if it deals with other subjects.
